Question: Where is Anchorage II? Answer: Anchorage II is located in the Ocean Forest
section of Myrtle Beach at 5507 N. Ocean Blvd. This area is a relatively
quiet area of the beach, yet convenient to major attractions. Question: Is Anchorage II directly on the beach? Answer: Anchorage II is oceanfront with ocean views
from all condos. There is a 25 miles per hour road in front of the
building. The beach is adjacent to the road with no obstructions between
Anchorage II and the ocean. Question: How many bedrooms are in the condos? Answer: Anchorage II has two and three bedroom condos. The two bedroom condos sleep up to six people comfortably while the three bedroom condos sleep up to eight people comfortably. Question: Does Anchorage II provide Internet service? Answer: Free wireless Internet service
is available at Anchorage II for all guests. Question: Do the condos have kitchens? Answer: Yes. The kitchens are fully equipped with
range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, icemaker,
pantry, and the necessary kitchenware to prepare meals. Question: Are there washer/dryers in the condos? Answer: Yes. Each condo has a full size washer and
dryer. Question: Are linens and towels provided? Answer: Linens and towels are
optional. Renters can bring their own or opt to use professional
cleaned linens and towels for $36 in two bedroom condos and $46 in three
bedroom condos. Question: How many TV’s are in the condos? Answer: There is a minimum of two TV’s in the two
bedroom condos and three TV’s in the three bedroom condos, all connected
to cable. Also, all condos have VCR’s and stereos. Question: What do I do to rent an Anchorage II condo? Answer: Call 1-800-222-4241 to make a reservation.
A contract will be sent to the renter within seven days from making the
reservation by telephone. Upon receipt, the renter is required to sign
and return one copy of the contract and a deposit of $250 within 10 days in order to hold the reservation. Then, 30 days prior to the first
day of the rental period, the renter is required to send the balance of
payment to rental agent. In turn, the rental agent will mail
instructions for accessing the condo,
parking pass, telephone number, directions, and other
important information. The renter is free to move into the condo anytime
after 2:00pm on the first day of the rental period. Question: What do I do with the key upon checkout? Answer: Just leave the key on the kitchen counter. Question: Do I have to clean the condo upon departure? Answer: Renters are required to wash the dishes,
empty the refrigerator, and take out the trash to an onsite
dumpster. Rental agent provides for the balance of cleaning. Question: Can I get a second key to the condo? Answer: There is a second key in the condo. Question: Is there a grocery store nearby? Answer: Food Lion and BiLo are two large
grocery stores near Anchorage II. |
