Rental Terms/Conditions
- Rental rates include departure cleaning
- Linens and towels available for $40 (2bdrm condos) and $50 (3bdrm condos). Renters allowed to bring own linens and towels if desired.
- Monthly rental rates available from October to April
- Weekly rentals start and end on Saturdays
- Four night minimums available spring & fall
- Free wireless internet service
- Cribs available for $50 per week

General Information
- Check-in at 2:00pm and checkout at 10:00am
- Beach chairs and Outdoor grills available to guests
- Parking at grade
- Three level buildings with elevators to 2nd and 3rd floors
- No pets, motorized bikes,trailers or campers allowed on property
- No groups allowed under 25 years of age
- Twin beds can be converted into king beds at no additional cost
