- Renters to include families and adults and
no teenage groups or parties
- No pets or motorized bikes on the property
- Weekly rentals start and end on Saturdays
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm.
- Departure time is 10:00 am. Upon departure, renters are
required to wash kitchenware, dispose of food in the refrigerator, leave
dirty linens/towels in the Utility Room, and take out the trash.
- Maximum number of people allowed to occupy the condos: Six people in two bedroom condos - Eight
people in three bedroom condos
- Payment of rental fees: $250 upon signing and returning one
copy of the rental contract within 10 days after receipt of contract,
and balance of payment, including a refundable security deposit of $100
30 days prior to check-in date.
- The security deposit of $100 will be
returned in full 10 days after checkout, providing that renters has left
the condo in as good as condition as the condo was in at time of check-in.
- Renters have the option of using their own
linens and towels or using professionally cleaned linens and towels for
$38 in two bedroom condos and $48 in three bedroom condos.
- No charge for local telephone calls. Renters must use credit
cards for long distance telephone calls.
- In case of forced evacuation of the condo by authorities,
renters are reimbursed for days that the condo was not available for
their use.
- Cancellation policy:
Renter will be refunded total payments made to date less $50
administrative fee if renter notifies rental agent 30 days or more
before move-in date. Otherwise, renter agrees to forfeit of total rental
fees unless the condo can be re-rented.
