Condo was as described. stayed 9 days and had no problems. Pool was clean and not very busy, short walk to beach. Nice beach that wasnt overly crowded. Would definitly stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at this Condo for 3 nights with a family of 4 and it was the perfect stay! The location was not too far from the main boardwalk and from a local grocery store. The beach was private to the condo owners as well so that was nice and not too busy. The condo itself was very nicely renovated and had updated appliances. My family and I all loved the spot and will for sure make a return in the future! The only thing I would say that was a negative about this location was that the room we stayed in had a door that was very hard to open and required a hard forceful push everytime or a pull and it isn't something older folks would be able to open.

Family from Texas visited for a day. Grandchildren (toddlers) had a wonderful day at the beach. We will definitely request this property when in the area again

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. The condo we stayed in was so convenient and it was walking distance from the beach. The condo was very nice, spacious, and clean. I will definitely recommend this condo.

The area is very nice and quiet. it’s family friendly and it isn’t to far from the Tanger outlets or mall. We will definitely be staying again.

The location is great in Myrtle Beach. It is next to the beach. It is close to everything yet in a residential area. The pool is also very nice.

This was our second year in a row visiting Myrtle Beach, and we wouldn’t choose any other location other than this condominium. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are always clean, the pool is thoroughly enjoyable, and the beach is first rate. I would highly recommend this and any other Anchorage rental to anyone of my friends.

Spacious, clean, well stocked ( they even have everything you need for a beach day( chairs, buckets, shovels, etc) . Very nice quiet area, we will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed last week in 114 and really enjoyed our stay. I rent condos every year and really liked this one. It’s a nice size condo with two beds and two baths. A beautiful ocean front view. Kitchen is a very nice size with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. I loved that it has a small pantry in the kitchen where you can store your food and snacks. Full size washer and dryer in a nice size laundry room. The condo is on the first floor so no elevator to deal with. The beach is just across the street. The beach is private and not crowded. I didn’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to get a spot because there was plenty of room. The pool is nice and wasn’t crowded at all. You could look down to the right where the high rises were and the beach was packed. They also have plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, noodles and a nice umbrella in the condo. The beach was also clean. The only negative I have is the door and lock is very hard to work. A couple of people in our group was able to figure it out. Hopefully that will be changed.

Very easy, we got exactly what was on the website. No surprises. Tip: Do get vacation insurance. We lost out on three full days because of a death in the family. I did ask for some type of compensation, but because I did not purchase ins. We lost out.

This unit is really nice. We had everything that we need for our family. Nice kitchen, good appliances, the beds were really comfortable. They provided beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. There is a TVs in each bedrooms with plenty of kid’s channels. This was a plus to relax after a beach day, the kids enjoyed. Very kids friendly. The condo is located in an amazing area, the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. It is a great spot for families with kids. We had an excellent time there!

Amazing location steps from the beach in a very safe and scenic area of Myrtle Beach. Unit was very clean, but a little run-down and dated (slider doors and screens were problematic...and bathrooms were a little dated). Still knowing this, we would definitely stay again. - Steve

This is a perfect spot for families. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to head to the Boardwalk a couple times a day. This condo is exactly like the pictures, well maintained, and clean. It is directly across from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient with kids. The beds were comfortable and the master has an oceanfront view. We have recommended this condo to friends and would definitely go back!!!

This place is located in a really quiet area between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This unit has great views of the beach and ocean. Living area is recently renovated and nicely decorated. Bath areas were older but clean. Great vacation dolphin watch in Georgetown, Parasailing in Murrells Inlet and great Seafood.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a wonderful week at the Anchorage 1 at Myrtle Beach. We had an end unit so we had a great view of the ocean and beach. The only problem we had was that there weren't enough handicapped parking places. Also, someone who was not staying at the Anchorage 1, parked on the diagonal lines beside the nearest handicapped parking place so we could not unload our car and take our stuff up the ramp. I called the office and was told that it couldn't be towed although a sign said unauthorized cars would be towed. It was resolved in about 30 minutes when the owner of the car came back. He had parked there while he used the exercise trail. My husband kept telling him he had to move his car and he acted as if didn't understand English. This was about the 10th time we have stayed at Anchorage 1 or 2. The location is great and the beach at that area isn't very crowded. The condos are well-maintained. This particular condo was very nicely decorated in a beach theme. Since I am handicapped, it would have been nice if the master bathroom had been a little more accessible. A walk-in shower and grab bars in the bathroom would be really nice.
