This is our 2nd stay at this condo for good reason. We love everything about it. Great location, spotless upon arrival and easy communication with the property manager. Loved the upgrades to the unit this year like the Adirondack chairs and new recliner in living room. Thanks again!

This condo had great upgrades, was very clean and had a great view of the pool and ocean. It is located close to the elevator which made it great bringing luggage and groceries up. Anchorage Rentals staff was great to work with, we had all of our information and were checked in on during our stay. The Anchorage is located in one of the nicest sections of Myrtle Beach, unique to other areas on the Grand Strand. We will be coming back in the Fall and hopefully for years to come.

Perfect family vacation at the beautiful specious clean beach condo! We greatly enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach that is steps from the building. All major entertainment venues are within 5-15 min drive. We hope to come back next year! Thanks so much!

Just an absolute delight of a vacation.
Our unit (213) was super. Nicely decorated, quality furniture, updated appliances and fixtures. Just WONDERFUL!!!!!!! So close to the beach, nice pool, plenty parking. This is a keeper!!!!!!

We went down there to get married. They were wonderful and had an adorable sign of us which was a sweet touch! The place was amazing beautiful and very well kept. The grounds at the condominium were beautiful as well! It was very cozy and welcoming I would definitely stay there again!

Myrtle Beach isn't a area that I typically like staying, however a last minute trip landed us into this unit. (I want to point out that I'm a extremely picky person)..I loved after a long drive being able to go straight to the unit (they email you the entry code) no having to stand in a line to "check-in". When I say the place was immaculate, I don't say that lightly. I was shocked at how clean it was. The kitchen was stocked with adequate amount of cooking ware(bowls, plates etc. also), the beds are comfortable, but not the best. While you sit at the bar style table on the balcony you can relax and enjoy the view. Very short walk to the beach from this unit, and the beach isn't overly crowded. I will definitely stay in this unit again. *I did have to call maintenance for a minor issue upon arrival, but they came and fixed the issue promptly.**this might help the next guest, this unit is privately owned, so when you rent it you receive "standard" email from Anchorage Rentals. I discovered that some of things in it does't apply for this unit. The internet being one of, after i spent one hour of my vacation time on the phone with the listed contact number for "internet issues". My suggestions, LOOK on the board in the kitchen it has information pertaining to this unit. ***the ONLY reason i'm not giving this place a five star is due to the noise, if you can't handle a little noise don't stay here. By noise i mean, the sound of someone walking above you can get a little loud at times. Other than that this place is a great place, and id recommend you to stop searching and book it now!

There is plenty of space in the room. Large enough kitchen to cook and have more than one person in the space at once. We had to call the property management twice during the week long stay and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. The pool is well maintained and the short walk to the beach is perfect. We have stayed here for several years and plan to come back.

Beautiful condo that had more items available for our use than we expected (many pots/pans containers, utensils, even soaps etc.) Location was right by the beach and was amazing, especially with little ones and having to take many things to the beach. Building was quiet and liked having the convenience of a pool. Beach was not super packed and enjoyed talking with a few other vacationers staying in our building. We would definitely recommend Anchorage to our friends.

Only complaint is the WiFi never worked in the unit. Had to call for help and the gentleman connected me with the WiFi for unit 313. Needless to say, had poor connectivity. He couldn't figure out why our units WiFi wouldn't connect. Condo was very clean and spacious. Exactly as depicted in the pictures. Would highly recommend staying at Anchorage. Will more than likely stay there next year

One small item that bothered us was that the cleaning of the bed spreads and mattress pads are left to the discretion of the departing guests. We loved that it had a patio with a view of the ocean and the ocean was just across the street from our room. Also loved the fact that there were beach chairs and an umbrella in the room for our use :) The room was perfect for us and the washer dryer in the condo was very useful! I like the combination lock to get into the condo, so we did not have to worry about keys. The only thing we found missing were some pillowcases and a set of sheets for the couch. quite a few of the pillows had no pillowcase on them and i like to sleep on the couch, there was not a sheet set in the closet to use for this:(

It is our home away from home and we have so many wonderful memories there. All of the condos that we rent, especially condo 212 and 213 in Anchorage I, are very clean and recently renovated. The pool and maintenance crews are there every morning, and the Anchorage grounds are kept very nice. The beach is right across the street, and there are several attractions and restaurants that are very close by that we love going to. We have already booked our condos for next year, and plan to continue this yearly tradition as our families keep growing!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
