We had an amazing stay at this beachside condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand and close to everything. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything our family needed, including comfy beds. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with ocean views. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway!

The location was perfect, just feet from the beach. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Check in and check out instructions were very easy, so we didn’t need to reach out to Lisa at all for assistance. We will definitely stay again.

I will say the only negative, if there is one, is the upstairs/loft bedroom can get pretty but they do have a fan provided to help with that. Views from both balconies were great. Definitely would start again if Myrtle Beach comes calling again.

This my 1st time getting a condo. I love the price i love that the kitchen was fully furnished. I hate the weather was just okay. I wish i was closer to the strip but i like we wasnt around everyone. Very quiet. I would love to come back again. Thanks for making my 1st experience a great one.

And expectations are high! This felt like home with an amazing comfort level. The view; the sound of the ocean; sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee; walking distance to a very nice beach restaurant... all that and much more. Extensively well appointed and squeaky clean, this old retired couple highly recommend this condo. We Will be back!

The outer view takes away from the interior. Everything went well no issues. I would suggest bringing your own toliet tissue and bath towels/washcloths, little was provided in a 3 bedroom condo.

It is far enough away from the high rises and party scene so it is generally quiet and quite pleasant. You are 600ft from the beach. The pool is also great and was always clean. The unit was a bit dated but had all the amenities necessary. The only negative is that the unit did not seemed to be cleaned particularly well before our stay.

Minor- 1 beach chair had a dirty headrest so we couldn't use it & they drained the pool on a windy day that wasn't ideal to be at the beach. Neither of these would deter me from staying again & recommending this place!!

The place is as describe, you have everything you need to make your stay memorable, close to beach, beach chairs, beach toys, game boards, TVs in every room, the kitchen had all you need to cook a homemade meal, baking pans and more. We really recommend this place, we had a wonderful time.

The condo was exactly as detailed. Very clean. It was directly across from the beach. Plenty of parking. Supermarket around the corner, the boardwalk was only a couple minutes drive. Several piers were in close proximity. We had a great stay, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This place is beautiful!!! The location is perfect. We loved being just outside of the super busy “downtown” area. The pool was clean, good size and wasn’t cold (always a plus!) and the ocean view is beautiful. Coffee on the balcony with a view of the pool and the ocean!? What’s better than that!! The condo is spacious (we had 5 adults, a toddler and a baby) and wonderfully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole condo felt/was clean. They give you starting toiletries which was appreciated, and the Walmart market is 5 minutes away to stock up on food and more toiletries/household items. We made good use of the elevator when loading and unloading the car. If I had to list any “cons” (that feels wrong to say) it would be that the one of the sliding balcony doors/screen doors were difficult to open and close, which is the most minor thing ever. All in all, our stay was every bit of 10/10. We hope to visit again in the near future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was as the pictures showed. It was big enough for my family of 5, the master bedroom is very big and spacious. I do suggest that the master bed be replaced, when we walked in the room we could tell that the mattress needs replaced as it had deep dips in the bed and I found myself sleeping in the middle of the bed to avoid the dip as it was not comfortable. We loved that each room had a walk in closet. The kitchen table was wonderful for us to all sit at and be comfortable and not cramped. Loved that there was a closet by the front door that had multiple beach chairs, floats, sandcastle building items and boogie boards. We had no issues with the very short walk to the beach and the road is not busy and most people stopped to let us across. Thank you for a nice place to stay.

We had an awesome ocean view and it felt like home away from home. We had three bedroom unit and it felt like home away from home. We will definitely stay here again.The only recommendation is they would need to update the sofas and sitting chairs. It felt like you sank to the floor. They are really dated. Because of this we mostly stayed in our rooms to watch TV because the sofa and associated chairs just wasn't comfortable.

Beach not crowded and the ocean water temperature was amazing. Also, even though our condo was not oceanfront, it still had a great view of the ocean from both balconies. Pool was great and never seemed all that crowded. Always chaise lounges and chairs available. Mostly families with kids - very quiet and there weren't any loud parties, music, etc. This particular condo was very nicely updated inside. The overall buildings look a little aged and dated on the outside, but the grounds and landscaping are kept nice (we liked the palm trees). Nothing really within walking distance in terms of food / shops, so that was a bit of a negative for us. Would have been nice to walk to a cafe for breakfast / lunch or ice cream. Overall, though, very happy, especially when considering the rate we paid for the week.

The place was very clean and I found the kitchen well stocked as far as gadgets and utensils. There are NO condiments or cooking fare at all- not even salt or pepper shakers, so be aware you’ll need to buy everything. The beds were comfortable, ample space, but we couldn’t figure out the WiFi but it wasn’t really an issue. The washer is small and loud- don’t try to use it during nap time! Lol. There is a playground within walking distance and the beach is very close. It was very quiet at night. Overall very satisfied and would stay again!

Anchorage is a place that we have grown to love. It is quite and offers the ability to relax and just enjoy the beach and warm weather. We had initially requested the same condo as the year before, but that unit was undergoing some maintenance problems at the time of our arrival. The management was very responsive to my concerns - and moved me to a very nice condo which we loved. From Anchorage, we could easily walk to the beach. A lot of the Myrtle Beach attractions are located in the area, which made driving to these venues easy. We love having our own bedroom and bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable all the ammenities of home. We have two teen's and our friends rented in the same building. The only con would be our neighbors liked to wake up at 7am and sit on their balcany talking every morning. Their balcony was next to the master bedroom so we were awaken each day. Our windows were closed and we could still hear every word! The local hotel and resturaunt next door has a very cute fun patio we enjoyed. The bartender offered to stay open late for our group, such southern hospitality!

The other guest very pleasant. We have a 20 and 25 year old and they never felt out of place. The only suggestion we have is adding a TV to the upper (3rd) bedroom. And maybe some local menus or suggestions of restaurants for take out. We love to hit the locals restaurants. We asked around and went to several of them. We hope to be back again in the near future. Thank you for a very relaxing time. One more quick suggestions was directions for late check in. Had us behind wrong building thank goodness for someone seeing it. They had same problem. And we saw others having same problem and directed them. All was good

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn't have been more pleased with the vacation. The unit was in great condition, very clean, location excellent and management company was very professional and organized. It was excellent on every level and I will definitely be back next year.
