Welcome to our lovely three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views and city charm in this fully equipped retreat. The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple outdoor grills located on each side of complex as well. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.


* Please note Anchorage I is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in a designated area in the back parking lot (opposite side of ocean)

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property


Area Information:

The Anchorage I is located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.


Myrtle Beach International Airport is a convenient 10-15 minute drive.

Far Exceeds Expectations!
And expectations are high! This felt like home with an amazing comfort level. The view; the sound of the ocean; sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee; walking distance to a very nice beach restaurant... all that and much more. Extensively well appointed and squeaky clean, this old retired couple highly recommend this condo. We Will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit at Anchorage I was great...was nicely furnished and we had a great time. We have always loved the private section of beach at Anchorage and the general location.The only downside was the pool being out of commission until our final full day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was wonderful, the location was great. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Perfect space for 5 people. But the furniture was a bit uncomfortable and old. The master bedroom mattress was sagging and had a "pit" in the middle.

Fall Break getaway
My wife and I, two sons and one of their friends stayed here for five nights over Fall Break and really enjoyed it. You can't beat the walk to the beach! Really comfortable accomodations.

Fall Break
The condo was exactly as detailed. Very clean. It was directly across from the beach. Plenty of parking. Supermarket around the corner, the boardwalk was only a couple minutes drive. Several piers were in close proximity. We had a great stay, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Cute Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was as the pictures showed. It was big enough for my family of 5, the master bedroom is very big and spacious. I do suggest that the master bed be replaced, when we walked in the room we could tell that the mattress needs replaced as it had deep dips in the bed and I found myself sleeping in the middle of the bed to avoid the dip as it was not comfortable. We loved that each room had a walk in closet. The kitchen table was wonderful for us to all sit at and be comfortable and not cramped. Loved that there was a closet by the front door that had multiple beach chairs, floats, sandcastle building items and boogie boards. We had no issues with the very short walk to the beach and the road is not busy and most people stopped to let us across. Thank you for a nice place to stay.
