We were celebrating my youngest son's completion of a hospital pharmacy residency. there were 5 of us and we greatly enjoyed the condo and the location. We were conveniently located to grocery stores, beach stores and Broadway at the Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) wanted somewhere nice/quiet to stay but close to activities and this place fit very well. The location is premium--just a few steps to miles of clean, white beach and ocean. Not too crowded when we went. This unit has oceanfront views, couldn't ask for much better. The complex included a pool as well, so it was everything we were looking for. Highly recommend.

Loved being oceanfront. Unit was well equipped. Nice kitchen! The only complaint was that the unit was musty- most likely due to carpet throughout rather than just in bedrooms. Would definitely come back to Anchorage for another stay. Office staff was great to work with! Kudos to Lisa!

Great spot in Myrtle Beach. Having only 4 stories, this spot isn't as crowded as some high-rise condos. Access to the pool and beach was convenient and easy. Our unit was well stocked and had everything we needed - except for a fan. This unit had no ceiling fans and it caused the humidity to be a bit stifling. A box fan would have been nice. Our only other issue was the first group of "neighbors" above us. They were very heavy footed and up at all hours. After they left, it was much better. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

It was a very relaxing vacation. Due to covid, we wanted to reduce contact with other people. We liked the fact that you enter the unit from outside, no inside hallway. The kitchen was very well equipped. Since we didn't want to go to a restaurant, I did a lot of cooking. With a little bit of hunting around, I found all the equipment I needed.

Love this location. Close to everything, but far away from the crazy crowd. Beach right across the street- no problem. We saw some dolphins which was a real treat. Collected lots of shells. We’ve stayed in this complex before, and this one is exceptionally nice. Only problem was sliding door needs a bit of a fix- hard to open, but overall, well decorated and clean. Everything you think you might need at your fingertips!

A great place to escape the frozen north for 4 months. Have been spending time at the Ancorage1 for many years. Feels like coming home. Very "HOMEY". COMFORTABLE, CLEAN AND VERY FRIENDLY.

The condo was perfect. We had only one issue!!! Our kids and us always rent golf carts and mopeds because it's fun. We rent them for 3 days because it's cheaper but we could not park them at the condo.

We had a good experience as usual at the Anchorage. The unit location was perfect and we enjoyed the pool everyday as well as the beach. We found a large dead roach upon arrival in the dining room but did not have any problems the rest of the week.

The condo was very clean, updated and had everything we needed.
The only thing that could improve would be that the balcony high top chairs were uncomfortable and needed more than 2, especially being an oceanfront condo. but we loved the condo and will stay there again for sure!

The condo was a great balance of price and comfort. The beach was just across the street with easy access. The unit was perfect for a small family and was a <10 min drive from downtown Myrtle Beach. One note, there are very little amenities for both Anchorage I & II. There is an outside pool (one on each site) and a small grilling area (no tennis courts, grass field to play in, or hot tub - in case you were wondering). As long as you know what you are getting, it is a great option for an enjoyable vacation!

My sister, best friend and I all needed a break from work and caring for aging parents so we came to the beach for a long weekend. Little did we know that Hurricane Matthew would move through the area the weekend before our visit. We had a few detours along the way, but the weather was perfect once we arrived and we were happy to find so little damage. The condo was wonderful and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the full moon shine on the Atlantic every night making it look like it was coated in silver. My husband and I have stayed at the Anchorage before and we will continue coming back.

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for years & always stay at the Anchorage Condos. This was the 1st time in this Unit & we loved the oceanfront view, the décor & the well equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay there again.

The Anchaorage 1 A02 was a great place to stay. My husband and grown children in their 20's were very at home here. Check in and out was quick and easy and we liked the keyless entry. Everything was clean and we had everything that we needed. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen was very well equipped. Parking and the walk to the beach were very convenient. I was worried about the access road in front but it was not an issue at all. The view from the room was great. The beach area in front of the complex was not crowded and chairs/umbrellas were available to rent from a lifeguard right there. I liked the convenience of the 1st floor for coming back and forth from the beach for food/drinks and restroom. My 20 something children were a little uncomfortable in the twin beds but that is minor. I enjoyed watching people walk their dogs, and run/walk directly across the street on a sidewalk with exercise stops. If you like to run take your gear. It is a nice trail and not too busy. The condo is in a very nice area. We would recommend this condo and definitely come back. My parents have already booked a condo there for the fall.

exactly as i expected. have gone to the anchorage I and II several times. The Fosters are excellent in property management. If I owned a condo they would be my choice in renting it out.

We enjoyed the rental at Anchorage in unit 102. The beds were very comfortAble and the unit was convenient ly located. The kitchen was well equipped , Lisa was very helpful, she welcomed us on the first day and did great follow up by email on several occasions. We would recommend this experience to others. Based on the questions below we Joffre a 5 plus to everything.

The decor is strangely similar to Jack Lord's old beach front condo in Oahu (lucky me I stayed there too!). It was squeaky clean, inviting, with all the comforts of home and a great view. Communication with the management was fantastic and the location is great (just far enough away from the highly commercialized areas to feel relaxed). I really can't say enough. Thanks for everything I will be back.

Our condo at Anchorage was beautiful. Loved the location. The beach was right cross the way. Ate breakfast every morning on the deck looking at the ocean. Just a lovely piece of paradise!

I found this place online just randomly.We wanted a beach view condo. The pictures online are true to the place. it consists of quality upgrades that make you feel good about staying there. just a short walk across the street to the beach. the pool was very clean and refreshing. I would for sure come back here to stay.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. Nice and clean kitchen appliances. The hall bathroom was excellent! We really liked the large shower. It looked like it was recently updated. The only complaint (if it really is one) is the bed in the master bedroom. The bed had a mattress topper which was very uncomfortable. But other than that, we would definitely stay here again. Very, very nice accommodations! A+++++

Second time we stayed at Anchorage this time was A02 which was especially nice because of the upgrades made to the unit. We love the area be ause it is away from the main thoroughfare but still close enough to all the attractions. We will be back

My family rented the oceanfront Anchorage I and was pleasantly surpised. We typically stay in surfside but decided to go to MB at the last minute. Place was well maintained and clean. Master bathroom was a little outdated but it wouldn't take must to update it. Would absolutely stay again!
