Stay in room 310 for 2 weeks,The place is beautiful.Recently renovated ,furnished well and the kitchen has every utensil.We had our Christmas dinner and the Unit has beautiful views from both porches.The washer makes a lot of noise when spinning.We had a wonderful time.Will definitely come back.

My family has been staying at the Anchorage for over 15 years. The location is wonderful. It’s close to so many attractions, without the business of downtown. The unit itself was clean and updated, as well as nicely furnished. We love the size of the property because it’s not too big or overcrowded. The proximity to the beach is one of the best features, in about a minute, your toes are in the sand! We love it here and will continue to come back year after year ��

Our vacation rental experience was wonderful. From the ease of renting the property to the customer support and assistance. The property and condo itself was very nice. We loved the location and everything about the inside of the property. Very comfortable, clean, very well equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Overall, it was a great stay and would highly recommend renting again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Anchorage I C10. The unit was newly renovated and in fantastic condition. The kitchen was well equipped and clean! The beds were not so comfortable but they were adequate. I bought a few things for the unit. Bath rugs and a basting brush for the kitchen. Lisa was extremely pleasant to work with. It was good to see that our old favorite was so well kept up. The residents and guests we met were very friendly. The upstairs loft bedroom had the best view because you were above the palm tree. I will definitely be back in the future.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Anchorage. We were in Unit 310. It was so nice to walk in to a super clean and beautifully updated condo. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and had a great view of the beach and pool. Everything was easy from booking to check out. Highly recommend!

This is very conveniently located and very comfortable! We had a great stay. The chair in the living room had some broken arm pieces and kitchen cabinets were in poor shape, so some repairs/replacements would go a long way, but this didn’t really negatively impact our stay. I would have like more pillows, though. The King and queen beds only had two each, and I had to borrow from the couch to get comfortable. The development was quiet and the pool was great. It’s a short walk to the beach and overall a great place. I had to call on the day of check in to get my email with check-in instructions and door code.

This is the the first time I chose a Vacation Rental over a hotel for our family and I'm glad I did. The property was not ready for the check-in, but they immediately called additional cleaning people to expedite the process. The condo was spacious with great views of pool and ocean from two levels. The beds were comfortable and enough window coverage to be able to sleep in while the sun came up. My only complaint was that the kitchen was dated and worn. There were several broken drawers. Overall, I would definitely come here again!

Great condo. Plenty of space for our group. Clean. Great shared pool (never too many people in it). Great ocean views (especially from the loft). Quick walk to the beach and quick drive to the boardwalk and Broadway on the Beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Anchorage #1. It was kid friendly and the condo already had beach toys for the kids to play with. Very nice pool, friendly guests. Great location to everything. Would definitely recommend

Our experience at Anchorage I was great and we recommend it to others. The location was nice and quite, with the beach right across the road and many attractions within a short drive. The WiFi connections worked for hand held devices but had problems with computers.

The location could not be better. It's away from the congestion of the commercial areas yet close enough to everything and quick to get to. North Myrtle Beach is a 5 minute drive. Our room was uncluttered and clean with ample towels and kitchen-ware. Able beds and seating for 6 people+. We'd recommend anyone to stay here. The walk to the beach is nothing. Views and ocean breeze are wonderful. Pool was great. Parking was great. If I had to pick one thing to fix would be the exterminator coming in while there. Beyond that... great place and I'd choose it over a high rise anytime.

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we loved the unit at Ancorage. Immediately you are welcomed in by a spacios, clean, relaxed environment. There is a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, linenes, towels. Pool was beautiful and very quiet. Both of our bedrooms had balconies that overlooked both the pool and the ocean. We slept with the sliders open and listened to the ocean. The unit is located in a nice suburban neighborhood with private beach. We enjoyed heading to the beach in the morning where it was very quiet and not crowded. We will definitely be back!

The house was clean and inviting. I LOVE the fact we we’re directly across from the beach. The heat & AC is easily controlled. The views are AMAZING and property quite. The management contacted me a few times during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Anchorage. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was lovely. You might want to make sure, however, that you have children stay in the loft area. That spiral staircase was difficult to navigate even for two young adults. It's very narrow. And there's no bathroom up there. Otherwise, everything was great.

We have stayed at this location for 3 straight years. My kids always ask..."Why are we staying at the same place?" My answer is , "we like it." It's in an awesome location, close to so many activities and the property is not too large to make us feel like little fish in a huge pond.

We travelled for a dance competition. We were not looking for a busy week aside from attending the convention centre.
All other days we spent in the beach or poolside.
This was the perfect location.
The unit was clean and had all the comforts of home.
The only issue I would mention are the stairs to the upper bedroom.
The kids, older ones, stayed up there. I would not have been comfortable with younger children up there. That being said the space provided a nice separate area for the older kids.

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle beach this past spring and the Anchorage only added to our enjoyment. The condo was immaculate and kitchen came fully equipped with everything you might need. We are definately planning a return trip next year!

Excellent location and a very comfortable and lovely condo. At the quieter end of Myrtle Beach for the grandparents and close enough to the Boardwalk activities and shops for the teenage grandchildren.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We knew that the area is still off season and expected that some maintenance would probably be going on but were disappointed and disturbed by the landscaping, electric trimmers and blowers for two full consecutive days from 7:30 am until 8:30 pm. Hard to relax at the pool or sit on the deck with that level of noise but that is our only complaint.

Although the buildings are mature, you would never say it on the inside. Very well maintained and CLEAN. The linens provided are top notch. Everything you need for the kitchen is there, no need to bring anything. We will be looking at this property if we return to Myrtle Beach again.

This unit was very clean and decorated fact some of the furniture I have! The kitchen was updated and both bathrooms had granite. By far this was the nicest unit we have stayed in at the Anchorage, and we come back about every year. Also, we didn't have any maintenance issues. In the past we've had some with more outdated units, but not with this one. It was great, like my home away from home:)

This is our second year here at The Anchorage, last year was so impressive we booked again this year and plan to again.
The condo was very clean and met all of our needs, and there were up to 7 people on some nights. Management is professional, very pleasant and very easy to deal with. Lisa Foster is especially sweet and accommodating.
I highly recommend this property, its pool was spotless, the beach is a few feet away and shopping and dining are within minutes. We all feel very comfortable there and as I said, plan to return again and again.

The condo was everything we were hoping for and more. The unit itself was beautifully decorated with a nice amount of space. The proximity to the beach was perfect. We also appreciated being separated from the high level of activity in the "main drag" of Myrtle Beach but it is close enough to visit. We highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to visit Myrtle Beach.

We absolutely love anchorage and stayed in a beautiful 3br with friends for a short getaway. Weather did not cooperate but the condo was large and well decorated so time inside was very pleasant. Great restaurants nearby and a beautiful view of the beach made for a great weekend

We came down for a weekend retreat and were very impressed with the spacious condo at Anchorage 1. We had a 2BR with huge loft. Two balconies with a direct ocean view and view of the pool. This condo is in a great section of the beach with a wonderful walk/ run path just across the 2 lane road. very little traffic but close to everything! The decorations and furnishings were top of the line and the condo had been updated with lovely paint, carpet and tile. Great flat screens in every room made everyone happy. Lisa was great to work with and answered every question right away. The elevator was nice for bringing up our bags and groceries but we took the stairs most of the time. We are coming back next month and I think we have found our new beach home.

We arrived after hours and needed to pick up the access information from the lock box, all details were accurate and provided easy entry into the Condo. Pictures do not show how nicely maintained this unit is. The master bath has just been completely remodeled, the furniture looked brand new and all appliances are up to date and well maintained. The views from both balconies are great, looking out over the pool and terrace all the way to the ocean makes for great morning sunrise's. Overall a 5 out of 5 for this Condo. The location was fantastic as it is close enough to everything, yet not right on the boardwalk which kept the area quiet and with little traffic. The Beach access was really nice just a very short walk out your door, being that your not right at the boardwalk or next to large hotels the beach area is not crowded and well maintained. I would highly recommend this Unit to anyone looking for a great Vacation.

The unit was very nice. Everything we needed was there. Very comfortable King bed in the Master Bedroom. Very clean and the management people answered our questions and gave assistance when needed. I would definitely recommend this unit for a wonderful vacation.
