In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

Exceptional

We were pleasantly surprised by this rental, the pictures didn't do it justice, that's how nice it really was, we will be back again. The property manager was wonderful to work with And very helpful. There was a nice pool and nice seating areas outside to relax and grilling areas. Overall 5⭐️ food sure.

Anchorage II was great! Due to Covid-19, I was specifically looking for a property where we didn't have to use an elevator, walk too far, or use stairs. The 1st floor condo was perfect. They made it easy to gain access to the property. There was a nice view of the pool and ocean which was a short distance away. It had all the conveniences of home. Parking was right next to the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

The condo was incredibly clean upon arrival and has plenty of space and seating options both inside and on the porch overlooking the pool and ocean. The view from the condo was perfect, and you can’t beat the location to the beach. This is the perfect spot to be in if you’re looking to be close to downtown, but away from all the crowds in downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Would of stayed till Sunday had to leave Friday 😪

The managers were quick to respond to our phone calls. We actually wanted to extend one night and since noone had it booked it was a very easy orocess. The location is was right across from the beach, and close to everything you will need.The bed were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would have at home. We absolutely enjoyed this condo, so much so we want to purchase here.

We were very impressed with our unit. It was super clean and had all the amenities of home. We loved the short walk to the beach and especially the private walkway.
The only recommendation I have is the second bedroom have a full and a twin bed rather than two twin beds. From the photos, it was hard to see the type of beds available.
