Exceptional

We were pleasantly surprised by this rental, the pictures didn't do it justice, that's how nice it really was, we will be back again. The property manager was wonderful to work with And very helpful. Anchorage II was great! Due to Covid-19, I was specifically looking for a property where we didn't have to use an elevator, walk too far, or use stairs. The 1st floor condo was perfect. They made it easy to gain access to the property. There was a nice view of the pool and ocean which was a short distance away. It had all the conveniences of home. Parking was right next to the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

The condo was incredibly clean upon arrival and has plenty of space and seating options both inside and on the porch overlooking the pool and ocean. The view from the condo was perfect, and you can’t beat the location to the beach. This is the perfect spot to be in if you’re looking to be close to downtown, but away from all the crowds in downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

We were very impressed with our unit. It was super clean and had all the amenities of home. We loved the short walk to the beach and especially the private walkway.
The only recommendation I have is the second bedroom have a full and a twin bed rather than two twin beds. From the photos, it was hard to see the type of beds available.

But it did appear that some work could be to done to "freshen Up" the units, some areas have that worn the mattress in master has "dips" in it, not very comfortable,carpet on balconies worn. Have been very well satisfied with both the units and dealing with the Foster's. Condos are being upgraded and family seemed pleased with units. This year we had 11 Condo's and about 60 family and related to family attend. Only concern in our unit 111 was carpet needed cleaning. As I said great place for family reunion - VERY NICE CONDOS,GREAT LOCATION TO MANY MYRTLE BEACH ACTIVITES,GREAT VIEW OF BEACH RIGHT ACCROSS THE STREET, AND CLEAN GROUNDS AND POOL IN CENTER OF UNITS. Lord willing we will be back in 2 years.
