Unit 115 is very up to date, a nice kitchen, and a great view of both the pool and the ocean. It is on the first floor which made it easy to get all of our items inside the room. There is no building in front of it that obscures the view of the beach which made it even nicer, and the playground across the street has a very nice pirate ship and great landscaping. I do wish there was a separate kiddie pool from the adult pool, my 1 year old loved the pool, but it would have been nice to have something more her size.

Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Anchorage 2. The property is well-maintain outside. The inside needs some care. There weren't any pictures hanging on the walls, the carpet was filthy. I did call to have it cleaned and they came the next day.

We like beaches that are not very busy and this one did not disappoint. We could see the kids crossing the street to get to the other parent, we could see the pool. We had a great view of the ocean. Stores, restaurants and mini golf were all close. The property was clean and spacious. Tvs were hard to work. We appreciated the starters of soap and TP. The other visitors were all respectful and kind as well. We will definitely be back.

While this unit is still very nice, it was not as luxury as the first two we stayed in. Don’t get me wrong, it was still wonderful, just didn’t have the nice HUGE walk-in shower in master bath, no fan for bedroom, semi-dated furniture. But the location is awesome! The property is great! The ocean views are to die for.... We’ll be back next year.

The pics were accurate. The place was nice, clean, all working conditions. Beds are a little hard but fine. The beach is literally across the street. Beach chairs and toys are provided which was soo helpful. The rental coordinator was able to answer any questions we had and was accomidating to our needs when requested. We would rent this apt and at this location again.

We had a great week at this property. The kitchen was smaller than expected based on photos but it worked great for us anyway. The location was perfect for pandemic travel-between the busy areas. While the beach to the north and south was busy, the area in front of the property was not crowded. Bring your own beach chairs (or get them in town). This was our first family beach vacation and we loved it.

This condo was very cozy and home like. We were really glad that it was a villa type condo and not the resort high-rise type condos. Checking in and out was effortless, the condo was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were amazing, as well as the huge bed in the master bedroom. Would definitely love to book a week or more in the future.

We had an amazing time in this part of Myrtle Beach. This was our first SC trip, as we usually stay in OBX, and we’re looking to try something new. The home was clean and tidy, and felt comfortable and convenient for all our needs. Beds were super comfy and our views were stellar-pool to the right and beach to the left! We were surprised the salt water pool, which was also well maintained. A pub named “Buckets” was a great walkable spot for drinks and lunch too! We flew to SC so we ubered everywhere with ease. Check-in was a bit confusing, as we never got a procedure email as mentioned, but a quick call to the property owners fixed that easily. Keyless code entry was convenient for walks to the beach so we never worried about losing keys. I wish there were spices available in the kitchen too, but we left salt, pepper, and Sugar packets for the next residents! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back in the future!!!

Management is very responsive when needed. We love the ease of getting in and out without having to wait in line. No problem with parking. This is our third winter and whenever asked we recommend it.

Since it was last minute, we used the HomeAway website to book the trip. Everything, and I mean Everything , far surpassed our expectations. Our Unit was for the most part in decent shape, i did leave a note for owner about a couple of items. Owner seems very concerned to any comments as well. We look forward to coming back next winter! We would and have recommended Anchorage as a great place to stay!
