It was gorgeous...was sent room number and code before we arrived...very family oriented..had no problems at all....this will be my go to from now on...loved the walkway to the beach and the gazebos they have set up just off the beach

We enjoyed walking on the beach every day and enjoying the beautiful view of the water and waves from the balcony. Having a place to rinse off the beach sand is a big plus. The condo is in a residential area so the beach isn't as crowded as it is in front of the high-rise buildings. We have stayed at Anchorage before and will return. The only negative with staying in a middle or lower unit is the noise from the unit above.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented at Anchorage II B02 for the week April 2 as a quick remote working getaway to escape the cold weather up North. We’ve stayed at the Anchorage previously and, as usual, the stay was great. Our condo was nicely updated and had what we needed for a very productive week. While not everything was available in the area like during the summer months, we enjoyed Barefoot Landing(Crooked Hammock, Collete’s popcorn two thumbs up) Broadway at the Beach and shopping at the Tanger outlets. The check-in/check-out process was seamless. If I had to identify a negative it would be the carpeting from the stairs to the room. There is a wrinkle/buckle down the middle of the walkway that is easily tripped on and difficult to roll luggage over. I saw several guests tripping and one fell, but did not appear to be injured.

Absolutely love this place. Very clean and well stocked with any utensil or kitchen ware you could imagine. Up to date appliances. Great location to take a long walk to the boardwalk. Easy beach access and wonderful view of ocean. Easy parking and access to the building. Hassle free check in and check out. A few beach chairs and sand toys provided. Beautiful pool area. Would definitely rent again in a heartbeat!

Such a cute condo! Updated, comfortable, and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. Even the dishes were coordinated in Navy and White. We have stayed in the Anchorage before and love the proximity to the beach. Check in and out was easy. We loved having the keypad access rather than having to keep track of key cards all week. We would stay here again. Thank you!

We had such an amazing stay. The condo is beautifully updated with everything you could possibly need during your trip. Amazing location, with amazing views. Not too crowded, and the perfect location to vacation with small children. The location is great for a family get away. Lots of police patrol day and night on the block, made it feel very safe. The area was calm. The pool is nice, there were plenty of kids to play with my kids. We saw dolphins a few mornings off the balcony. Over all, we really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed.

Oh my God, this place was the nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Place was so nice and clean. And
the cooking utensils were like brand new, Anchorage or the owners, really went out there way to make you feel at home. The view was breath taking. Everything you need, was minutes away. Grocery store, restaurants, etc. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in this unit for our first vacation as a family of 3. We had an amazing time. It exceeded our expectations. This unit was very clean, well maintained, stocked with any kitchen item you could ever need, and in a perfect location. Our 7 month old slept peacefully in the spare room while mom and dad were able to relax and take in the beautiful views. We will definitely return to this unit in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The space was so cute and homey. The kitchen was THE BEST out of many rentals we have rented. It’s fully stocked with everything you need! The views were SPECTACULAR! Especially the sunrises! The fitness trail is also located directly in front of the unit and it’s nice to have if you chose to use it. I CANNOT wait to come back and stay again. Until next year ☺️

There were 18 of my children, grandchildren, and friends and the accommodations were, as always, wonderful. I rented 3 condos for the group and each was extremely clean and well taken care of. The location is perfect for all ages as it is in the heart of everything yet set in a more quiet residential area. The pool is always clean and all the amenities are up to date and maintained. The view is outstanding as the condos are located just across the street from the beach. The Fosters are extremely competent and accommodating as caretakers of the facility.

We like the ocean front and we feel we really didn't get the view we wanted.

The pictures online very accurately depicted what we found when we arrived. The condo we stayed in was spacious and perfect for all our needs. Very clean and well maintained. The king-sized bed in the master bedroom was the best bed I've ever slept on! Although our condo was alongside the street, and yes you could hear traffic, it was never a distraction. We never had any issues with noises. A few times the neighbors upstairs were a little heavy-footed (and it appeared they had several children running around), it never proved to be a problem. The kitchen was well apportioned and provided all the necessities. We ate out a lot and there are many fantastic restaurants nearby, including Vicini's Pizzeria where I had the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life! I would highly recommend Anchorage and would not hesitate to stay there again. When you consider the price and location, this is an excellent value.

There was enough room for all and the condo had everything we needed to make out week long stay comfortable. Just cross the street and you're on the sand. The beach was clean and one of the best we've ever visited. We liked that it was a short 5 minute ride to the very different atmosphere of the boardwalk area. We would recommend Anchorage II to families looking for a clean, serene vacation . The condo needed a little TLC but nothing to hamper our stay.

Once a year we take family then we have a trip for just the two of us. The grandkids look forward to the trip every year. It is a wonderful place for children.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always have a good time at the condo . Have been staying at the Anchorage since 1982. The location is very close to restaurants, shopping, attractions etc. The beach is great for walking unless the tides are up and we have to walk along the sidewalk. The barbaque area is great and gives us added enjoyment after a busy day at the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Myrtle beach around 10 vacations. We have stayed at the Anchorage 2 all but one time. We were very dissatisfied with the one time we did not stay at Anchorage 2. I would tell all my friends to stay at the Anchorage 2 as we have been satisfied each time we have stayed. Thanks to the Foster's also for making it so easy to stay at the Anchorage 2 I give them five stars also. We plan on coming back each year for the rest of our lives including someday retiring to the area. Thanks Gordon

We enjoy the area and the feeling of a family atmosphere. I would highly recommend Anchorage IIto anyone.
