The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple out door grills located on each side of complex as well as outside storage for beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet air purification within the HVAC. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage II is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in the designated area at the south gazebo next to the beach walkway

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Reviewer Comments: This unit has been remodeled nicely, with the wall between the kitchen and the living room/dining area completely removed leaving a lovely open and bright environment. The unit was very clean upon our arrival and it is well stocked with plates, utensils, appliances, etc. A nice touch is the presence of night lights in both bathrooms and the living room to help one navigate in a strange place in the middle of the night.We had a problem with a toilet develop during our stay, and management arranged to have it fixed quickly with no disruption to our stay.

Before we knew it, the repairman was knocking at the door, and immediately fixed it! So impressive!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

This was a gem of a location and the weather was spectacular. The condo was updated and very clean. The pool was a big hit with the kids and the beach was a wonderfully short 30 sec walk across a very quiet street. So convenient we never pulled the beach wagon out of the car and just walked back and forth. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking in with our small kids. Kids were happy. Mom and dad were happy. We look forward to future trips!

Enjoyed our stay very much here and the condo was immaculate, easy checkin with pool and view of ocean , quick access to beach , only complaint would be the noise of people above us , like they were stomping on the ceiling every day and late into evening,, quite loud !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another great week at the Anchorage II. This year we were treated to a surprise, an updated condo. They remodeled most of the rooms and it is really nice. Great location! I already booked my stay for next year!

Fun and convenient
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had a recent update. It was very nice, clean, and modern. The only negatives that I had were minor. There were no dish towels and the unit had no storage containers. The tv in the spare bedroom didn’t work correctly. Outside those issues , I was very pleased.
