Nicely decorated. Close to shopping, restaurants, Planet Fitness and church. Had a small issue and was resolved ASAP by maintenance. Will stay again.

Over all it was a great property and place to stay. It reminded us of the Golden Girls, which we LOVED every bit of it! VERY clean. We loved the newly renovated bathroom. We were able to put our baby's pack-n-play in the laundry room so that she had a separate room. All the rooms were well furnished and straight forward as to be expected. Nothing was broken or missing. Very enjoyable. There were grocery carts available to help with moving luggage, which was nice to have. We were a little hesitant about the provided beach chairs/gear, but it ended up good. It was great to have the beach gear storage, so that we didn't have to worry about pulling that up the room. It would have been nice to have seen pictures and list what was provided. Our biggest compliant would be there were 6 forks and a dozen tea spoons, a dozen table spoons, a dozen soup spoons. a dozen butter knives. Why so many spoons and so few forks? Not really anything to complain about, just thought it was odd. In the end, we've already started saving up to come back next year.

Great family get away! Quick walk to the beach. Excellent location, just minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach, but far enough away so the crowds were not as large on the beach. Only issue was that you could hear the pitter-patter of kids feet as they were walking around upstairs. Would definitely come back.

I do wish all the condos had tile flooring rather than carpet. Our location this year had dirty carpet. Other than the carpet needing cleaned we had a great week.

This is a lovely property in a largely residential neighborhood. The description of the unit was accurate. It was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable break. Every unit has a great view of the beach and this united provided beach chairs and other beach items. I highly recommend.

We just returned from our week long stay at Anchorage II, room 216. We had a great vacation. We really liked the property due to the small size of the property (58 units total?) and the location to the beach. The property is setup in a U shape with every room balcony overlooking the courtyard area (with the pool) and at least a good partial view of the beach. The room was in great condition and everything worked as expected. My only negative would be the large number of nicknack decorations everywhere in the condo. I'm sure this is the owner's taste and they deserve that as the owners. I felt like there was a constant watch out to make sure we didn't knock this or that knicknack off of the numerous shelves, desks, tables, etc. Other than that the condo was great and well furnished. The unit includes an outdoor storage locker that contained beach chairs and some beach equipment to use. We did not use any as we had brought our own but would have had we not brought. The lock on the unit was rusted beyond repair in the open position but it appeared that nothing gets stolen at this property anyway. I saw several people leave items outside their doors every day without any issues. The location of the property is in a nice spot as it is close to the top of the beach strip but yet still pretty quiet. MB has about everything under the sun to do as far as activity so not a shortage. The beach was very nice and very large. The waves were pretty stiff and that made ocean time a little tough. Worth noting is the policy of no canopies or tents on the beach (umbrellas only). I wish I had known this before I bought a beach tent for the trip but apparently it is a rule. The lifeguard on the beach rents an umbrella and 2 chairs for $40 per day but go to the Eagle beach supply and buy an umbrella for $45 instead. Again a geat trip at a great location.
