My family and I have chosen Anchorage condos for our vacations for approximately 15 years. This, in my opinion, was the best condo that we’ve stayed in. Two oceanfront balconies provided spectacular views of the ocean and sunrise. The condo was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and had everything we needed. Parking was a breeze. In fact, we were able to pull into the same parking space almost every time we returned from going somewhere. I will most definitely consider this property for my next visit. Highly recommend!!!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at a perfect location in the Golden Mile. Condo was clean, roomy and accessible to many places. Host was very accommodating and communicated extremely well. I definitely would recommend and will return.

We had a very nice stay! Stunning ocean views, community felt safe, direct access to the beach, host was so nice and responsive, the apartment was great. A few things to note that we didn't realize before - the third bedroom (upstairs) does not have a door. It is loft style, private enough but still important to know before booking. Also, make sure to make a trip to the store because you are provided with very minimal basics like toilet paper, paper towels, even cleaning supplies! The unit is a little dated but overall clean and practical.
We enjoyed ourselves very much.

This was a last minute family getaway with our two adult daughters & the spot couldn't have been more perfect for us. Everyone had their own space, we had a kitchen to cook in, w/d to wash batching suits & dry towels, the view was magnificent & with the beach across the street it was perfect.
The beds were very comfortable - our girls stayed upstairs in the loft so they could have a view of the ocean - they were leary of the smaller beds, but found them comfortable. Having ceiling fans everywhere helped immensely!
The kitchen is very well equipped - having only one packet of soap for the dishwasher is a bit disappointing, as you can't just buy a few more packets to get you through (like the one roll of TP in the bthrms).
Having the bathroom amenities is so nice- the shower was great, the towels were soft & fuzzy & the lighting/space was perfect in both of them.
The neighborhood is quiet & peaceful - being in-between North MB & MB was perfect.
We would definitely consider staying again!

The view is amazing and it is so close to everything you don't have to travel far to get anywhere. But rather than that it was clean. Wi-fi worked well. Patio was great to just chill out and drink coffee or a beer. Decent view of the beach and the ocean sound was incredible. We originally had reservations with another resort but after arriving discovered there was a mix-up leaving us with no accomodations. They had no other options for us. We found Anchorage II on Expedia. Spoke with Marie who was very pleasant and quickly able to find us a place to stay. Overall very pleased with everything. The only issues were with the hot water not staying hot for very long and one of the TVs was not working properly. Other than that we would certainly stay again. The view, locaiton and unit was great.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom Oceanfront it was huge plenty of room for the whole family. Just make sure you ask as many questions as you can before you come because if you want room service you have to request it you have to put your own linens on the bed and take out your own trash but that was fine because the room was beautiful and very clean

The property was well managed and in good condition. The condo amenties were great - had a fully functional kitchen with the gadgets I usually don't find. The location is great - a short walk to the beach. Its in a quiet area so except for cars driving down the street, there is not much noise. The property was clean and the property mgmt responded quickly to the minor problems we discovered. I would highly recommend the Anchorage to anyone. We are looking forward to our stay next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stays at the Anchorage II every year since the Fosters have taken management over several units there. The rooms are always immaculate. If there is a problem with an AC or appliance they are right there to repair it ASAP. Last year we had an AC problem and it was going to take several hours to repair. The Fosters put us up in another room for the night in another room, plus gave us an additional day stay free of charge for our inconvenience. The environment at the Anchorage is family oriented with no wild parties or hooping & hollering going on. We are Christians and last year we found the pool maintenance man was a devout Christian also. We had an immediate fellowship and bond that we shared. We stayed in touch throughout the year, and this year when he saw we had arrived, he yelled from across the pool at us. He and his family are such a Blessing to us. We had looked forward to seeing him all throughout the year. The Anchorage II is such a great place where your family can go relax and not worry about anything during your stay.

The one thing I would recommend is that customers need to be told where the elevator is located prior to arriving. I was not aware it was on the opposite side of the building. You need to park by the office & unload everything into a shopping cart to take the elevator to your floor before going to your parking area, especially if you are parking on the oceanfront side. Other than that it was very nice. I liked how convenient it was to drive & find everything. Very good location, not congested at all. Easy access to the beach & pool. Loved the landscaping well maintained.
