Nice unit and great location.

We love everything about our stay. It's very clean, well-designed and decorated, all equipment and utilities work (wifi, streaming, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, etc.). It's very close to the beach and in a great, quiet neighborhood, close to shops and restaurant. Check-in and checkout are smooth. The only thing we hoped to be better was having the check-out at least at noon, not 10am, which is too early.

The condo was perfect for our group of 6. Great renovations the place was well decorated spacious and comfy. There was no extra linen for trundle bed and no pullout sofa.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental with Anchorage was absolutely everything we’d hope it would be and more. The property was absolutely beautiful and spotless!! We felt at home immediately, and it typically takes me a while to feel comfortable while away from home, so that says a lot! The property was stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans and they even left starter rolls of paper towels and toilet paper.The views from each balcony looked right out on the beach and we enjoyed sitting outside day and night just watching and listening to the ocean. We realized some of the outlets in the loft area were not working- called the office and they had maintenance out to fix it very quickly!The only suggestions that I have are to provide whatever specific cleaning chemicals you want used in the bathrooms as some of us prefer to clean out tubs and sinks after every use. Also it might be helpful to define what you consider “excessive cleaning” since it is something folks can get charged for, it might be helpful to clarify your definition.Also, consider more than just a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and having a few more paper towels. They are easier to clean with and more sanitary than a singular sponge.Otherwise and overall our stay was amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this location and will definitely rent from them again. The pictures didn’t do this place justice. It is spectacular! Kudos to Anchorage Rentals, LLC!

Could’ve been a little cleaner but loved it either way. Also it would be nice if we had a larger broom to be able to sweep up the sand. The pool is always so nice and clean. Only thing that we suggest is a more comfortable couch in the living room. While sitting on the couch it felt like you was leaning forwards.

The condo we had was very spacious and fully equipped. Was nice to have laundry and full kitchen in the condo. Pool was really good size and just across the street was beautiful beach area. Will be back in a couple years and stay here again

Really enjoyed our stay, steps from the beach. Would have enjoyed the access to the pool but it was not open due to the virus situation. But overall great value for location, quieter side of Myrtle Beach area.

Everything in Anchorage's listing met our utmost expectations. The view was absolutely amazing. The bedrooms were sufficient for our group. Love that linens and towels were provided. Would love to go back in the future.

Everything was in place when we arrived and the communication before, during and after the trip was excellent. Our neighbors during the visit where friendly, The staff kept the common areas clean and well groomed. I/we watched the maintenance man clean the the pool every morning. We had one minor issue administrative issue that the staff dealt with in a mater of minutes. The location of the condo is removed from the hustle and bustle of the Boardwalk but has access to plenty of outstanding restaurants. We are already planning our next trip to the area and I am positive we'll stay at the Anchorage Rentals again.

Clean condos, clean pool, and beautiful views. It’s 5-10 minutes away from the grand strand so it’s close enough to enjoy the boardwalk, shops, Ferris wheel ect., yet far enough away so it’s quiet and less crowded. Overall great experience both stays!! Only complaint was they were having some construction done to the siding which made for some noise but it’s nice to see the upkeep.

The reason is not just because of the decor but because of location. We stay during bike weeks and this room is one of the quietest locations. The kitchen layout is better than other rooms with modern stainless steel appliances.

The set up was nice with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The views from the loft balcony were excellent. The view from the main floor balcony was of the pool and a bit of the ocean but was comfortable for having breakfast etc. The kitchen was well set up and had most of the items that we needed. If we needed any items they were delivered very quickly.(thanks Rob). The beds were comfortable. Lisa and Rob are quick to answer emails or calls. Had another good stay at Anchorage II.

Everytime we come we make new friends sitting by the pool!! See you all next year!! The only thing I was upset about was the extremely loud work they were doing replacing the grass for 3 days, just wish they could've done it in October! Also cleaning needs to maybe get under the furniture when cleaning, my toddler found pretzels that definitely weren't from us.

Didn't even want to go shopping..wanted to enjoy pool and ocean ! We loved our units!! Cleaning staff did a great job!! With 7 adults, key pad is the ideal!! No keys???? Every condo has its own mystique but 306 is extremely well done. The spiral staircase allows for a more open decor and allows for more natural light to flow through. The new tables and chairs on the belcony are the best of any condo we have stayed in. We have already reserved here for next year. Lisa Foster is just by far the best to deal with. Lisa is always available and very accommodating for any need. Pool area is always clean and a great place for friendly conversation with other guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we absolutely loved our condo and our entire vacation. The condo was clean and updated, with a great view of the pool and ocean. The location is super convenient to the ocean as well as restaurants and attractions. We encountered a couple of issues that would not deter us from staying atthe Anchorage again but we would be more careful about selecting a unit. The first issue was that our condo was advertised to sleep 8 people. We made the assumption that the sleeping arrangements included a pull-out sofa. However, there was no pull-out and we used a large blowup mattress. It worked well enough for us but wasn't as convenient as we had hoped or expected. The second issue was that we didn't have a working DVD player in the condo. One of the players was broken and the other was not hooked up correctly. I learned upon checkout that had we spoken up during our stay, they would have fixed that for us. So my recommendation to others is to speak up during your stay if you encounter any issues or inconveniences. The staff is amazingly friendly, helpful, and professional, and they can help resolve any of your problems! Overall, we loved the Anchorage and our stay in Myrtle Beach!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first visit to Myrtle Beach. Condo had great beach access, good amenities, location, etc. We liked being a little out of the "busy" part of Myrtle, while having it just a short drive away. Internet access, while free, was very spotty and poor. When we tried using it we were constantly kicked off because signal would drop, when it worked it was VERY SLOW. Our adult son ended up going back home because he needed to have internet and we'd promised him it would be available. An upgrade on this would be good or else a disclaimer. Some suggestions (not just unique to this condo, but for any vacation rental): a short list of what does and doesn't come with the rental would be helpful when packing, e.g.: rental provides coffee filters, not coffee (I always forget coffee!); rental provides one trash bag and one toilet paper roll per bathroom, tenants bring the rest; no soap, shampoo, etc. provided. Door code entry system was great, no need to carry keys around.
