Perfect location, nice and clean property. Few notes for the future rentals. There is no door with the third room. If you spend time in the living room or kitchen, nobody can sleep in this room because of the lights and sounds. You need to bring your own sharp knives. There was just 2 knives and we not able to cut anything with them. When you check out and want to stay at the beach all day, please know, there is no any restroom around. You have to dry minimum 10 min to the public beach. Overall we had a great experience.

When we first got there we had issues with the door opening and the office was so helpful calling maintenance to get it resolved. It was just as we remembered with everything we needed to have the best experience ever. Perfect location is key for families and this does not disappoint in any way. We really appreciated the great communication with customer service as well. This location is close to all restaurants and fun and we can’t wait to visit again!

We stayed here for nationals cheer competition. It did not disappoint! It was convenient, quiet, & we all felt safe. Communication was amazing through text with quick responses. We had seven girls staying here & none of us have complaints which really says something about this place.

Property was well kept, pool cleaned every day, grass was nicely kept too. Quite maybe because of time of year. Some maintenance issues on the walkways were needed with the carpet rolling, but condition of the property was good for the age of it and it being 100 yards from the ocean.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed the last full week of August, so I guess it was already Off-Season down there since all the hotels had their "Vacancy" signs lit up. This was great because the pool and the beach were not crowded and the traffic was minimal! We did experience an occasional waiting time at some of the local restaurants but we were fine with that.

Our unit had the perfect view of the ocean from our balconies. The unit was roomy, clean and just as described from the pictures. The elevator was also very helpful for loading and unloading on the third floor. The location is in perfect position for all your possible needs. Starbucks, restaurants, fast food, Walmart and the Carolina Opry . We really enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back. Thanks again to our host who provided clear information and emails that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Fabulous location, great amenities, immaculate condo with lots of towels. Kitchen had cookware for the experienced chef. Three bedrooms, beautiful living and dinning room, . King in Master br was especially comfortable. I cannot say enough, if you have the chance book this.
