Anchorage II 314

This is a great place to stay with family or friends. The host was very responsive and was kind and helpful. The place was beautiful, everything was squeaky clean my family had a great time and it’s not even a two minute walk from the beach and there was lots to do in the surrounding area. Great family, friendly place, very peaceful.

Have never had host be 100% responsive within hours or minutes (depending on urgency of issue). I felt very safe and respected as a guest. Extremely professional host and exceptional care taken to airbnb and guest experience. 5/5 would stay with this host again.

Condo was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures!!!! It was equipped with everything you could think of in the kitchen and the view was great!!! It was a really nice and quiet area! I definitely plan on booking again!

The condo was just want we needed. It was a last minute due to another condo resort double booking our condo and they cancelled our reservations. That was a nightmare but I'm glad I went with this one. The upstairs room was perfect with the twin beds for the older teenagers. The only thing that I would recommended is change out the lamps in the 2nd bedroom. You have to touch them to turn them on but one of them is very sensitive that with any touch to the table or just even walking by it turns on & off.

The condo was huge. Plenty fo room for all of us. Clean, easy access to beach, pool right outside condo. Everything was great. Minutes away from attractions and rides and shopping and souvenirs and food. Will definitely look into visiting and staying here again!

This condo is well located. It is walking distance to the beach and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen is well supplied. There is a playground across the street conveniently for children.

Our family of 5 stayed for a week and it was perfect! The loft area was perfect! The pool area was nice and clean and the walk to the beach was a nice short walk!! Perfect location to all the activities in town and golf courses. The condo was clean and had all the amenities for our stay. Would recommend to friends and family for a get away!!

We had stayed at 315 for over 13 years, so when we were able to get the one beside it we were elated! Everything was so clean and the decor was appealing! We felt at home right away! We will definitely be coming back for years to come!! The only issue we had was with the dryer. Something inside the dryer made the clothes smell bad, but nothing serious. Loved staying here!

The pictures you see online are a true representation of the clean and traditional beach themed rooms. The Anchorage II had everything we needed from pots and pans to beach chairs and air matresses. Every room has a view of the ocean! Don't be fooled by the small check-in office and dated elevators...the place was great and we would definitely return.

Our granddaughter (3yr) cried on the way home, and wanted to "go back to the brown house"! I do want to ask a couple of you folks have any input with the beach service? Each year, the prices of renting umbrellas goes up, but we don't see the eq1uipment being kept up. Some of the umbrellas and lounge chairs are in pretty bad shape. And, we noticed as we were taking our luggage up the elevator, that the inspection notice said the last time it was inspected was in 2009! Can that be? From Pete and Cindy Mosher...Unit 314.

The beach was so close and easy to walk to, not crowded at all, clean and beautiful. Nice little balcony with table/chairs where we spent a lot of time eating and hanging out. The four of us had plenty of space in the condo (could have had two or three more people), plenty of linens were provided, kitchen well stocked. Robert was so helpful as we went through the booking process and also with answering our questions right before arrival. Definitely would return here.
