Spent 5 days at Anchorage II with our family of 4. Loved the location…best part of Myrtle Beach! The outside looked a little dark and rustic but very well lit at night. We walked up the 3 flights each day but there are 2 elevators in the building. We just preferred to walk up since we parked right in the front lot. The condo itself was very clean and beautiful just as the pictures show. The layout was perfect for our needs. The bathrooms need to be updated since the rest of the condo is but they are clean and worked just fine. The washer and dryer are huge plus.
Had a small issue with not getting check in email of our door code but called after hours number and they called me back within 30mins and got us in. Otherwise it was smooth sailing. We enjoyed our stay, the view was spectacular and restaurants nearby were great. Our family had a wonderful getaway. Thanks so much!

Great place to stay with beautiful views from your balcony of the beach. Quick walk to the beach, since that's why you go. Didn't use the pool or any other amenities since we had the beach. Had everything we needed, even a boogie board, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Even though they were a little rusty from the ocean salt water.
My only complaint is that it would've been nice to provide more than one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and dishwasher soap for guests staying a week instead of us having to go out and buy those things ourselves. A few spices other than salt & pepper would've been nice too.
Overall it was a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay.

Anchorage delivers clean, updated, and wonderfully appointed accommodations. With something for everyone, this property is family first. The private beach promises little over crowding. Many various types of units fit every budget. The staff is always helpful and willing to make your stay the best possible. We have continued our visits to Anchorage and with the hopes our children will bring theirs there. We may never be able to afford an oceanfront condo, to own, but this experience make you feel like you do!

Fantastic vacation! The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, well stocked, & clean. The complex is easy to find & conveniently located. This is the 4th time I’ve stayed at Anchorage & have had a wonderful experience every time! Will definitely be back!

Some thoughts: The new owner has done a great job of blending the old and the new. Nice job on refreshing the shower curtains and bedspreads. I really like the change in furniture position in the downstairs smaller bedroom. LOL - while the couch looks pretty, it was difficult for me to get back up once I was seated. The porch furniture off the living room looked like it had been refurbished. (Nicely done). Back to 4 chairs instead of 3. My favorite spot. The swimming pool was inviting. Loungers, tables and chairs are plentiful. I have been enjoying this condo off/on for many years. It is maintained beautifully. They only negative was the people below us. They were smokers. (Weed and Cigarettes) Plenty of parking. Parking lot and grounds have curb appeal.

The view of the ocean is epic. We were able to enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of the balcony while sipping our coffee. And beach access is literally a stone's throw away. Local attractions are just a short drive away, as well as awesome local restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely condo for this couple from KY! We booked this place because it had a great view of the beach with private access and an outdoor pool! The inside of the condo is so cute and cozy! Everything is updated which is something I prefer. It has plenty of room with 2 floors! 2 bedrooms on the main floor and one upstairs with it’s own patio looking out to the beach. The master bedroom had access to the main patio which was nice. The sunrise shines right into the bedroom from the patio which was beautiful! Location was great and close to everything we needed! The pool was never crowded and had plenty of space and umbrellas for shade! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful space, and the location cannot be beat! We had a great time watching the sunrise from the porch, cooking dinner, and running across the street to play on the beach and playground. This was our first beach trip with our toddler, and it was perfect.

We love this property! We have rented here numerous times (with the previous owner and now with the new owner). We love the location. We always rented, when our kids were younger, in July or August. However, we really enjoyed September this year. Only small complaint is the lack of porch furniture on the main deck...another chair or two (above the rail type) would be great!

Very nice condo and comfortable for my family. The third bedroom is a loft bedroom with (no door), this wasn’t clear when we rented so I thought others should know. The location was amazing!! Right on the beach and it was so quiet and peaceful. I did not understand why we still had to clean AND PUT AWAY the dishes when we paid a $300 cleaning fee. That was a big issue for us but nonetheless my family abided by the house rules. Great home but would not book again if we have to pay to clean up after ourselves.

We all were in awe of it. The kitchen counters are beautiful. The beds were excellent. We slept the first night like rocks. They’re soooo comfortable. All of them. The only suggestion I could make would be to close off the end of the balcony that faces the hotel as you have no privacy out on there. We could see directly into those rooms and their pool is right below which is very noisy sometimes. The hotel had very loud guests staying there and were in the pool a lot. And at night we could see into those rooms from the balcony not by choice. Lol. Having the elevator access was great since this condo is on the 3rd floor. The bedroom upstairs with the balcony is beautiful. And having oceanfront views was heaven. We could enjoy the ocean from the balcony when we didn’t want to go over there. We really enjoyed this especially in the evening. And crossing the street to get to the beach wasn’t bad as the traffic was slow and there are crosswalks. We had a great time. And having beach chairs in the locker was much appreciated since we didn’t have to bring our own. Once we located it we used them. Thank you.

A spacious, clean, very quiet place; The beautiful view of the peaceful ocean with the flocks of seagulls was amazing! The people in the Anchorage office were very helpful, finding a solution to every problem. We saw two beautiful Eurasian colored doves in the balcony the last day, saying goodbye to us.

The place was so clean and beautifully decorated, I think Chip and Jo must have had their hands on it, LOL. Everything was just as stated in the contract. We went to Donald's for breakfast and lunch, a nice family restaurant. A quiet walk on the beach and dinner on the balcony was awesome! The Aquarium and Outlets were in close driving distance.
