Everything was great, like a home away from home. The condo was nice & had everything you could possibly need! The view is absolutely beautiful! Its very convenient with the beach,restaurants, and shopping. This was our first visit and we loved it! Can't wait to come back!

Condo 209 air conditioning did not cool very well. It was hard to sleep. Yes, we did keep the front door and sliding doors closed. King size bed was really hard. The furniture was not very comfortable.

This unit was amazing. Super clean and had everything we needed plus more. The view of the ocean and it’s location was perfect. It was close to everything but also secluded and not in the middle of the all the high rises. Perfect place for families. We would definitely go back and stay here.

Everything was as described in the booking (and even better). The location was perfect - a 3 minute walk to the beach with a kid was pure bliss!! Beach chairs, equipment and toys were provided and in good condition. The condo was sparkling clean and sanitized. A fully stocked modern kitchen and all amenities of home made it super easy to avoid crowds and people during a pandemic. About 90% of the units were all families which we were glad of, because we were afraid of college parties. The balcony was probably the best part of the condo - the view from our unit was beautiful. Our family absolutely loved this location (and the unit) and we will be coming back. The booking process, checking in and checking out were all super easy and quick. We had no issues during our stay. Only minor thing was that from the master bedroom, you could hear the noise from the floor above more clearly than from the rest of the unit (not sure why). We have already recommended this property to several friends who have all already stayed and only have good things to say! Can't wait to come back!

Anchorage II is our favourite holiday destination! The condos, pool area, grounds, etc are extremely clean and well maintained. The staff are all so friendly; especially the pool maintenance man! :)

We usually stay in Anchorage II B08 but through a mix-up that nobody noticed we accidently booked B09 and didn't realize until we arrived and it was too late to switch. B09 was nice but not as nice as B08 and we really missed staying in our normal condo. B09 is in need of some TLC here and there. Some of the chrome fixtures throughout the condo are rusting and the fridge is a bit rusty on the outside (although nice on the inside). The kitchen floor tiles are cracked and move/grind when walked on and the countertop is bubbling in certain places. One of the bathroom towel racks kept falling off the wall. Those issues were minor though and we are grateful that we were still able to vacation especially since Hurricane Florence threaten to take away our vacation altogether! B09 furniture was all in good condition, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. It was still an ok stay for what we paid. There was construction to replace the siding of the entire condo but it didn't bother us and we are happy to see continuous improvements to Anchorage since it has become a special place for our family and we would like to keep returning every year!

We needed to make last minute plans for a Spring Break trip for my 9yo daughter. Fortunately, we found Anchorage II. It was the PERFECT location and condo for us. The photos are spot on. The view is incredible and you can hear the ocean at night from the balcony. Inside there were 2 generously sized bedrooms and a nicely appointed den, eating area and kitchen. We had a great time!! You are immediately across the street from the beach! I would definitely go back again and would recommend anyone visiting Myrtle Beach to consider this property!!

Everything you need is available for your vacation stay at this wonderful condo. The owners even supply beach chairs for your convenience. There's a beautiful view of the pool and beyond it, a stunning ocean view! It was so relaxing sitting on the deck in the evening and listening to the waves. The condo is close to everything and there's so much to do in the area. We loved our stay and hope to come back next year!

The location of the property is very nice. The one down side there were guests staying above our unit and at times the noise level was such that you wanted to run out, it was unfortunate. I would consider a second floor with caution next time. As far as the unit, it was comfortable and homey...a few light bulbs were out, showering in the dark but overall a nice place to enjoy the beach.

We love staying at Anchorage II and have made it our home away from home. We love going to Carolina Roadhouse, Capricio's, Bimini's just to name a few of our usual favorites.

we have vacationed for many years at anchorage. we like the location and the condo is great-especially the unit we have rented for several years; however, the temperature could not be adjusted below 75 which made it more difficult to sleep well. everything else in the unit was great!

This is the 3rd time staying at Anchorage II. By far the best condo we had the pleasure of using. Plan to use same one next year. The staff is great, especially the gentlemen who maintains the pool and surrounding area. He is very pleasant and works very hard.

We have always enjoyed our stay at Anchorage 11 for the past many years. The Fosters are great people to deal with. We always request the same units for ourselves and our family including children and grandchildren, normally four units in all. Our children have recommended the facility to their friends here in Canada and they also have really enjoyed their time at Anchorage 11 when they have come. Our family enjoys the facility itself, the beach, the golf courses, the restaurants, the shopping and Myrtle Beach in general. We are already looking forward to next year!

We have never been disappointed with the Anchorage II condos ... when we go for a week with several of our family each May using a few units or when we go for a couple or three weeks. No matter the weather, we are very comfortable in our "home away from home". We, as well as our family, have referred friends and family and they have returned with the same appreciation as we have. Even our family Doctor asks how Anchorage was when we go to our follow-up appointments and we always tell him the good news.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ancorage II. This unit was extremely clean and fresh smelling on arrival. The view from the balcony was so tranquil and beautiful. The beach is a very short walk from the unit and we loved having the chairs and linens provided. Plus the complex was very close to all of the fun Myrtle stuff everyone wants to do. The kitchen was so well equipped, it even had a muffin pan! Our family of 4 had plenty of room to relax on the comfortable furniture and enjoy our stay at this complex. Oh, and as a real bonus, the Main TV was large and actually had HD channels. This is extremely rare in the rental market! We loved this condo and would stay here again in a heartbeat! One of the best we've ever rented and we have rented a TON!

Our favorite place to stay at the Beach. Very clean and well-maintained. Condo is right in the middle of our fav. restaurants & shopping. The only thing we would like to see is a hot tub. We had a few rainy days & cool nights & a hot tub would have been perfect.

This was our last leg of a trip that took us through Florida, on to Savannah
for a few day's, one week at the Anchorage and this was the best by far of any of the rental units or hotels that Sylvia and I stayed in.Liza Foster was most helpful and a pleasure to deal with.We will return to the Anchorage again.

This was our second time in this unit, it was better then the first. The unit is so comfortable and personalized that you can help but fell at home. We love the location of Anchorage, out of the way but yet so close to everything. We have reserved the unit again for out third year. We were very pleased that the owner called us and personally asked how our stay was and offered himself to us if anything was needed, that was worth the whole stay! Thank you Anchorage for making us feel at home!

Anchorage II is an excellent vacation facility. The owners of unit 209 are great people to deal with as are the rental agents, the Fosters. We have been coming for many years, usually twice a year, and plan on continuing to do so. This May we had four units for our family and, hopefully, the same next year.
