Condo was beautiful and clean. Amazing ocean views from the balcony, super comfy chairs!! Parking is great and so convenient to go back and forth to the condo. Loved having a full kitchen and laundry available. The beach is so nice and quiet. Pool is also awesome! Perfect place for a family vacation. We hope to be back to 301 next year! Thank you!!!

We love the location & the overall property. However, the grounds were not a clean as in years past. Stairways & outside deck balcony & outside walkways hadn't been clean/vacuumed in a while.

Just a great condo. Place is in great shape. There are a few lose boards on both balcony railings. As always the property management team Anchorage Rentals are exceptional!

Its an awesome condo with unbelievable views, its great to listen to the ocean waves rather than a pool. Plenty of space for our group, will be back later in the season to this place.

Very nice condo, clean, lovely furniture, nicely decorated. Swift response from maintenance when the TVs weren't working correctly. The fan in our master bedroom could not be turned off so that was a bit of annoyance. Overall a great experience.

My rental experience was awesome. I made an error on my arrival dates. The customer service rep assisted and provided the original dates I needed and obtained the AII C01. The condo views were absolutely gorgeous, very clean unit, and so much more for our mini-getaway! Kudos!

This was our third year in a row staying at the anchorage, like always it was a wonderful experience it truly does feel like home when you are there. The view is amazing and it is so close to everything you don't have to travel far to get anywhere. We will be staying here again next year my kids even ask every year if we can stay at the Anchorage.

This is our third year staying in Anchorage II. We stayed in C01 this year. Condo was very nice and well maintained. Only issue we had was that the condo directly below us was getting new flooring put in which was noisy for a couple of days. Management called to check on us during the week and I told them about it. They weren’t aware of it since condo was privately owned. Absolutely love the location of these condos. Beach is beautiful and not crowded. Definitely recommend Anchorage II

My parents introduced us to the Anchorage II when my sisters and I were teenagers. Returning with our own teenagers is like returning to our summer home. We are never disappointed with the outstanding quality of the Anchorage II. The beautiful accommodations, the professional staff and, of course, the proximity to the beach have brought us back each year. Hoping to continue the family tradition by returning with our grandchildren someday.

My husband retired and for Christmas we rented three of your condos so all of our 6 children and their spouses and children could have a week together. We found great joy in watching our kids interact and relax loving one another. We had a blast!

One of the best beach views in Myrtle Beach . I had a great time in these condos. We come every year and stay in a different condo in anchorage and have never been disappointed . We will for sure return .

This is a great condo and had a good time. Quite a bit of black hair on both bathroom floors, which was gross. But rather than that it was clean. Wi-fi worked well. Patio was great to just chill out and drink coffee or a beer. Decent view of the beach and the ocean sound was incredible. Beds were comfortable too. Would defiantly recommend.

Loved the condo! Right across the street from a wonderful beach which we utilized frequently. The place was clean and just as expected. Only wish the pool heater had been turned on earlier during our stay. Would definitely go back!!

Actually the town we are from is Mocksville, NC. We originally had reservations with another resort but after arriving discovered there was a mix-up leaving us with no accomodations. They had no other options for us. We found Anchorage II on Expedia. Spoke with Marie who was very pleasant and quickly able to find us a place to stay. Overall very pleased with everything. The only issues were with the hot water not staying hot for very long and one of the TVs was not working properly. Other than that we would certainly stay again. The view, locaiton and unit was great.

This condo was a wonderful find. Clean and beautifully decorated with an outstanding view of the ocean. The management company went out of there way to rent this to us last minute and saved our vacation. We were stranded after our first rental fell thru. What an answer to prayer. Looking forward to next year.

Me and my family had a great time at Anchorage, we stayed at Myrtle Beach for the weekend. We stayed in a 3 bedroom Oceanfront it was huge plenty of room for the whole family. Just make sure you ask as many questions as you can before you come because if you want room service you have to request it you have to put your own linens on the bed and take out your own trash but that was fine because the room was beautiful and very clean

Fun watching our 2 yr, old granddaughter at the beach for the first time. She loved it. Did not like maintenance spraying insecticide with the baby there. There's needs to be a better communication that their coming instead of barging in and hollering. I was rocking the baby to sleep & my daughter was in the shower

We had a wonderful time at the beach.
The condo was quiet and clean. I recommend this location to anyone that wants to spend quality time at the beach with family and friends. This was our 4th year coming to this location for vacation and plan on continuing in the future.

The unit was wonderful - it accommodated us wonderfully. We were very satisfied with our stay. The property was well managed and in good condition. The condo amenties were great - had a fully functional kitchen with the gadgets I usually don't find. The location is great - a short walk to the beach. Its in a quiet area so except for cars driving down the street, there is not much noise. The property was clean and the property mgmt responded quickly to the minor problems we discovered. I would highly recommend the Anchorage to anyone. We are looking forward to our stay next year.

Our family stays at the Anchorage II every year since the Fosters have taken management over several units there. The rooms are always immaculate. If there is a problem with an AC or appliance they are right there to repair it ASAP. Last year we had an AC problem and it was going to take several hours to repair. The Fosters put us up in another room for the night in another room, plus gave us an additional day stay free of charge for our inconvenience. The environment at the Anchorage is family oriented with no wild parties or hooping & hollering going on. We are Christians and last year we found the pool maintenance man was a devout Christian also. We had an immediate fellowship and bond that we shared. We stayed in touch throughout the year, and this year when he saw we had arrived, he yelled from across the pool at us. He and his family are such a Blessing to us. We had looked forward to seeing him all throughout the year. The Anchorage II is such a great place where your family can go relax and not worry about anything during your stay.

Overall it was a great experience. It was clean and convenient as most things were a 10min drive away.One thing I was disappointed was they call it 3 bedroom but the 3rd is more of a upstairs den with a pull out bed which was not very comfortable.

My daughter, nieces & sisters really enjoyed our stay everything was very nice, our 3 bdrm condo was very clean & spacious & nicely decorated. The one thing I would recommend is that customers need to be told where the elevator is located prior to arriving. I was not aware it was on the opposite side of the building. You need to park by the office & unload everything into a shopping cart to take the elevator to your floor before going to your parking area, especially if you are parking on the oceanfront side. Other than that it was very nice. I liked how convenient it was to drive & find everything. Very good location, not congested at all. Easy access to the beach & pool. Loved the landscaping well maintained.
