Anchorage II C03

We have never stayed in these condos before, usually we are down the street a little in other buildings. This was an awesome condo! The staff was awesome, especially maintenace. We had an issue with the cable and they came out and fixed it so quickly! A few things were run down but overall it was an awesome condo. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay. The room was very clean and there were more than enough towels. The staff at the Anchorage rentals were very helpful and even gave us an extra hour check out when I asked. Thank you.

Perfect spot, I was concerned that we were not North enough because we wanted to experience downtown from a bike rides distance without being in the congestion.

Rest assured, private beachfront access and perfectly positioned between North and South Beach. We brought our 4 kids (13 - 15) and quickly fell in love with the spot and the kids had a blast.

The condo was clean spacious and provided all we needed for a week on the beach. The pool was amazing and perfect for the family and kids when the wanted to take a swim without the sand.

Me and my guest had a great time. The condo was very clean plenty of space. The only thing was the hot water wasn’t very hot we turned the cold water off to get the hot hot water pressure was low but we made it work It was a good stay oh by the way one of the star fish on the table was broke it was like that when we arrived.

Excellent location. Only problem we have was , no hot water in the master’s bath.We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and we met our family from Pennsylvania and we came from FLORIDA, so it was a nice midpoint to meet.

We like the Anchorage two building complex And pool. We also like dealing with Lisa the real estate agent. unit 303 was fine because everything worked and we had no problems with any of the appliances or beds or sinks and toilets. Overall the unit was dark, especially the bedrooms and the kitchen could’ve been brighter. Kitchen didn’t have enough forks nor a pizza cutter and could be a little bit updated.

This is the third stay at Anchorage and one again the visit was awesome. There were 18 of my children, grandchildren, and friends and the accommodations were, as always, wonderful. I rented 3 condos for the group and each was extremely clean and well taken care of. The location is perfect for all ages as it is in the heart of everything yet set in a more quiet residential area. The pool is always clean and all the amenities are up to date and maintained. The view is outstanding as the condos are located just across the street from the beach. The Fosters are extremely competent and accommodating as caretakers of the facility.

Our condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable except the the pullout couch, but they rarely are. The location was close to many places we went. Pool was clean and chairs in good condition.I will definitely stay there again. I chose this location because my sister and her family has stayed there many years.

Great vacation for our family. The condo was great, however we would have some suggestions to make the condo more kid friendly.

1- The "kids room" (the one with the 2 single beds), has an exterior hallway light just outside the window. Therefore, when we would put our son to bed, the room would be lit up. We understand the need for the lights in the hallway...therefore we would suggest investing in some better curtains that can totally block out the light. This made it difficult to put our son to bed.
2- The mezzanine patio door did not have a child lock on it, this should be added.
3 - The top safety latch on the front condo door should be higher making it less accessible to kids.

Condo was great, as well as the entire facility. Located in a nice quiet area of Myrtle Beach. Have stayed at one of the Anchorage properties multiple times in the past and will likely do it again in the future.

all I can say is that we LOVE the Anchorage. Denise was great and very accommodating. great location. close to the outlets, Barefoot landing, etc. the only think I would change is earlier check in and later check out :)

We were very happy with everything from the room to location. The only criticism I would have is that the third bedroom in the three bedroom condos should have had more privacy. Maybe you should consider building the wall all the way to the ceiling. Even so I would definitely come back.

I have been staying at anchorage 11 for about 30 years and always come back so right there says it all. It's a great place, it feels like home. Most of the condos are updated and continue to do so. It's close to the ocean and has a pool. Absolutely love it!

The unit was very clean and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed this unit. Our only complaint would be that there was a "family reunion" this week, and getting access to the pool was difficult. Also, we awoke every morning to a crying baby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was as advertised and was clean and well maintained. The family really enjoyed the balconies and the pool. The pool was very clean and there were plenty of tables and chairs. The beach was a short walk across the street and the kids enjoyed shelling at low tide. The atmosphere was laid back and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

All went well. When we first arrived we discovered the shower head in the main bath was broken. Called right away and it was fixed asap. The grandkids had a blast at the pool and the beach. seemed more crowded than usual, but all were friendly and kids pretty well behaved.

Great location, across the street from the beach and close to shopping and a ton of restaurants. The Condo was extremely nice and spacious, the grounds were well maintained.

My family had an amazing time! Our accommodations at Anchorage 2 were great! Our condo was recently updated: new flooring and furniture in the dining and living room and the kitchen had been updated not too long ago. The bathrooms could use some updating but they were nice enough. They could also use more places to hang towels in the bathrooms. The beach chairs in our lockers were very helpful for our time at the beach. They could be replaced for a better experience because a few were rusty and stained our bathing suits. Lastly, the pool was awesome & well kept. It was closed for a good portion of one of our days but that was due to a bad rain/wind storm that broke one of the plexiglass tables and they had to clean out the pool for safety reasons. Overall, wonderful time! We'll go to Anchorage 2 again next time we go to Myrtle Beach.

Walked into a spotlessly clean condo, unpacked and hit the beach within 1/2 hour of arriving at the unit. Loved the location! Had a very difficult time finding the "shed" that they refer to in their welcome letter to let you know how to get into the condo. There are NO signs anywhere telling you how to get to the office. There is only one set of elevators so if you are on the other side of the elevator, be prepared to walk if you are carrying stuff. The pool times are 9AM to 10PM. However, there were people in the pool until midnight almost every night making a LOT of noise. The owners sent an email reminding people about the pool times; however, not everyone checks their email while on vacation. They should have put a note in everyone's door as a reminder. I am glad they reminded everyone about being quiet after 10PM; however, there was lawn mowing and weed whacking at 7:30 in the morning...which woke up all of us in our unit. That was not acceptable as far as I was concerned. I loved the condo and wish that the Master Bedroom was on the 3rd floor instead of the 2nd floor. I would have loved to have our own balcony and floor to ourselves....if there had only been a bathroom up there, I would have moved the kids downstairs and us upstairs. I loved the townhouse units. Overall....was very, very happy with the condo and the location. We will be making reservations for next doubt about that!

we rented 3 units for a family reunion. Access to the beach is great, water was warm and clear, the pool area is a nice relief from the heat when you need it. Rooms adn furnishings were good. Cooking utensils and pots were incomplete, but adequate
