All good! We were happy to find our reserved condo ready in perfect condition even tho Hurricane Matthew had been thru there the week before. We rented this condo with another couple and it was a great choice. The beach was so close and easy to walk to, not crowded at all, clean and beautiful. Nice little balcony with table/chairs where we spent a lot of time eating and hanging out. The four of us had plenty of space in the condo (could have had two or three more people), plenty of linens were provided, kitchen well stocked. Everything was above what we expected. The condo was perfect, just the right size and just enough privacy for 2 adults and 4 kids. Location was amazing, the beach was not crowded at all. It was the second time that my husband and I rented condo C14 at Anchorage II for the month of March. We were impressed by the new living room couch and love seat but within a few days after our arrival, we realized that the cable for the TV in the living room was acting up just like in 2018. A service call was placed by the rental manager and we insisted on being there for the visit of the Spectrum tech to explain what was going on. Basically according to the Spectrum tech,the entire cable system of Anchorage II is too old and of the wrong gauge to support reliable HD signal for the TVs and should be replaced but not all condos seem to be plagued with the same chronic problems according to feedback that we obtained from other renters. A quick fix was found for condo C14 by installing a new cable that ran behind the couch. Another issue with the condo had to do with the lack of a functional telephone land line to allow us to make local phone calls. We had one in 2018 but the owners of the condo had not told the rental manager that the line no longer worked. Thus a tech was called to hook up a phone through the cable system. The master bedroom bathroom needs to have moldy caulking replaced but we did not report the problem to the rental manager as we had guests staying with us and did not want more workmen around during our holiday.
The location of Anchorage II and the proximity to other golfer friends are the two main things that bring us back there (we had rented other Anchorage II condos in 2010, 2011 and 2012). Most of the condos have also been greatly renovated since 2102 and we hope that all the work needed to replace the siding of the building will be completed before our next stay in March 2020.

My family consisted of 3 children and 4 adults during our stay at Anchorage II. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pictures you see online are a true representation of the clean and traditional beach themed rooms. The Anchorage II had everything we needed from pots and pans to beach chairs and air matresses.
